At Shoebox Media, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Because we offer books designed for children, we understand that sometimes expectations may vary. Below is our refund and return policy, designed to be fair, clear, and simple.
1. Returns eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date if the item meets the following conditions:

The book is in new, unused condition, with no damage or markings.

The return is initiated within 30 calendar days of receiving the product.

Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is provided.
Please note that digital products (such as eBooks or downloadable PDFs) are non-refundable once delivered.
2. Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, or if we shipped the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package. We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

3. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Shoebox Media is not responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
4. Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges, but you can return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
5. How to initiate a return
